Paso Fino

Solana de Cafe de Guanabo - Buckskin Dun MareIn the year 2000, Howard and Elaine purchased their first Paso Fino Horses. In all the breeds of horses that have been a part of Elaine’s life (since 1961), these little but powerful horses, surpassed any and all of them.

Because of the Paso Fino Horse’s smooth four beat gait, they can spend many long and comfortable hours enjoying the trails and woodlands of Tennessee . This amazing breed of horse reflects its Spanish heritage through its proud carriage, grace, and elegance. Modern care and selective breeding have enhanced its beauty, refinement, and its versatility. And their strong courage, makes them the perfect mount for this couples trail riding hobby.

They presently share their farm with 5 of these beautiful horses. Two of which are stallions, two mares and one gelding. And they honestly could not tell you which horse was better. Even the stallions are well mannered and easy to handle on the ground and in the saddle. They have been ridden with large groups of horses, to include mares, and their manners are always impressive.

They have become as much a part of the Dustin family as their herding dogs and have traveled across the country, camping and trail riding.

The Dustin’s do not breed or sell Paso Fino horses, but if you would like to know more about them, or wish to find a breeder, have a look at Toddler and Rider Columbian Paso Fino Horses. They promise you will never regret it.

The Paso Fino horse - the horse with the fine gait!!!!

Presumido de Classico Solana and Reign In Memory of Bohemio - Gray gelding. Died in a tragic accident in 2011.
